However, customers may opt to use the paid amount towards an alternative service of equal value available on Firststart.in. The amount can be applied either in full or in part toward the new service.
  • Time-Limited Requests: Any request for a refund made more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date—provided that the service or product delivery was confirmed via email or any other communication—will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
