Any work not expressly within the Scope — including replies to departmental queries, objections, oppositions or show-cause notices, hearings, appeals, rectifications, re-filings for reasons attributable to the Client or a Governmental Authority, additional directors, partners or classes, and post-registration compliance — is outside the Scope and shall be charged separately on a Quotation.

3.3 Formation of an Engagement. An Engagement is formed when the Company receives the Fees (or the agreed advance) for a Service. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without assigning reasons, to decline any Engagement before commencement, in which case the amount received shall be refunded in full.

Unless a Service is expressly described as an advisory Service in its Scope, all information provided by the Company — whether on the Platform, in blogs, guides, calculators, webinars, calls, chats or emails — is general information and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice. The Client should obtain independent professional advice before acting on it.
